Finished with midterms and ready to take a break? Check out a few more of the awesome events happening in March going on either in person or virtually to get more involved in the Boston community!
- Dine Out Boston 2021
WHAT: Also known as Boston Restaurant Week, Dine Out Boston is an event in which top Boston and Cambridge restaurants display their cuisines by offering various special deals for lunch and dinner.
WHERE: Participating restaurants in Boston and Cambridge
WHEN: March 14 – March 28
COST: $15, $20, or $25 for lunch, and $28, $33, or $38 for dinner
- St. Patrick’s Day 5K Race
WHAT: Saint Patty’s Day is coming up soon! In addition to wearing green and asking people to kiss you, why not also get some movement in? This event is a virtual race for St. Patrick’s Day where participants can walk, run, bike, treadmill, or use an indoor bike to complete their 5K anywhere they wish!
WHEN: March 13 – March 21
COST: $15 per person for race ONLY or $27 per person for race and t-shirt
- East Coast Jazz Festival
WHAT: For the first time ever, six different jazz clubs from Boston, Philadelphia, New York City, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. will come together to host a jazz festival. Over 60 individuals will perform, so look no further if you want to get in touch with your jazzy side!
WHEN: Saturday, March 20th from 5:00pm to 11:00pm
COST: Pay what you wish
- Learning Community: Boston’s Social Sector
WHAT: Local leaders will share their knowledge about social impact and it’s current and future state. If you are looking to have greater social impact, this may just be the event for you to learn and network with others! The College for Social Innovation also has other events that are useful to college students on their website, such as differentiating between internships and performing well at interviews, so check them out here!
