Emily Blackwell, a fourth-year Service-Learning student in Human Services Professions, participated in “Make a Difference Day” last Friday with her community partner, Boston Cares. Emily serves with the organization’s Service Works program, and spent the day working on a project titled “Bed Build,” painting toddler bed frames to be donated to families in need.
